I am an accounts professional with 35 years experience in all ledgers to P&L and TB.

I have 16 years experience in the private healthcare industry and have developed a CRM system for a Care Home/Homecare group.
​
I have trained users on all the Microsoft Office Suite, Accounting Software & Various in-house systems.
​
I live in Rochester, Kent and am not adverse to business travel having attended meetings and conducted training courses in many parts of the UK including Bristol & Gloucestershire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, London Central & Boroughs, Manchester, Milton Keynes & Peterborough.

I really enjoy interacting with people and especially enjoyed the part of my 2nd role at Excelcare which involved supporting the clients as 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support and training the clients on the software.
I’m not a person who just wants to sit behind a desk anonymously but one who wants to make sure the client is happy with whatever service I’m providing and I feel that verbal communication beats emails hands down every time (everyone wants to feel they are the only person you are looking after).
