I have worked on numerous database projects during my various employments.
Below are my most recent projects.
Information Management System
Excelcare Holdings
In 2010, Excelcare Holdings decided they wanted an In House system for all their Care Homes to enter the results and required actions from their internal audits.

This had to be developed on a platform that all users could access (Terminal Services) but the system had to limit access based on the users access rights e.g.
Individual Care Home
All Care Homes in a Region
All Care Homes

The system was developed using Microsoft Access as the Front End tool for the Screens, Reports etc and SQL Server to store the data centrally.

Over time the system was expanding to include additional modules e.g.
Residents Details (connected to the Billing System, Staff Recruitment (for informing HR & Payroll), Complaints Monitoring, Maintenance Requests & CQC Notifications.
Credit Control Database
Excelcare Holdings
In 2003, whilst assisting in the building of the Billing System, I decided that we needed a Credit Control database linked to our Accounting System (Initially Sage Line 50 and in 2005 SAP Business One).

This system enabled the department to produce the following quickly and with great ease;
