Merging Multiple Accounting Systems into one New Consolidated System or moving from one package to another can be daunting!

I have done this numerous times by combining our Accounting knowledge with my Accounting Systems Technical knowledge to take away the headache.

Accounting Systems Merge
Mcch Society & Choice Supports
The above two Housing Charities were merging but were using different Accounting Systems (Exchequer & Open Accounts) with different Chart of Accounts.

The project was to extract all the data from the two systems, convert them to the new Chart of Accounts, merge the data into one data set and then upload this data into the New Open Accounts Package.
Accounting Systems Migration - Sage Line 50 to SAP Business One
The above company consisting of 35 Care Homes, 5 Homecare Offices & 10 Supported living properties, all individdual companies on Sage Line 50 were migrating to a single system on SAP Business One.

The project was to extract all the data from the SAGE Company systems, convert them to the new Chart of Accounts, merge the data into one data set and then upload this data into the New SAP Business One Package.
